"Marcell and team helped us put new Air condition and new heater unit with dual zone. Heater was functional but it was very old (gave us the deal with AC installation) and dual zone certainly help with heating or cooling of the house. There was very little room to install that in first place but his team was able do it. Also we need the AC unit on specific side of the house which was bit tricky as no crawl space and vaulted ceiling but kudos to their effort and experience they managed to sneak in do what was promised."

Even though there were some setbacks with the unit shipped (not a fault of his) he kept me updated through the process and went above and beyond to still honor the date for the install and worked through a late shift just to make sure the work was completed with the highest of quality and satisfaction (Have i mentioned that this is also during a busy Christmas week?). "Smart Heating & Air Conditioning saved our day! Our heat went out during one of the coldest winters. My husband and I called several HVAC companies in area who were unable to help us immediately. Mike was not only able to send an emergency technician same day, but was able to come with in 4 hours. Our problem was repaired quickly and our heat returned within 35 minutes of their visit. Upon careful inspection Mike also found a gas leak and we were able to make a follow-up appt. to fix leak within the same week. Mike was kind, knowledgeable and experienced.
